At Funki Fox, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in accordance with the terms below.

Return Period

Customers may return eligible items within 7 business days of receiving their order.

To initiate a return, please contact us within this period and provide your order number along with details of the item you wish to return.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective;
  • Damaged during transit; or
  • Not the item that was ordered or described;

please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where applicable.

If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part:

  • Funki Fox will arrange or reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping.
  • A replacement, exchange, or refund will be provided, subject to stock availability and assessment of the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, damage, or error on our part:

  • The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or installed, unless they are defective or not as described.
